Deadline Extended for Saudi Biometric Submission for Pakistani Hajj Pilgrims
Islamabad: The final deadline for Pakistani Hajj pilgrims to complete their Saudi visa biometrics has been extended, the Ministry of Religious Affairs announced on Monday.
According to an official spokesperson, pilgrims can now complete their biometric registration until February 17. The ministry urged pilgrims to complete the Saudi visa biometrics through the mobile app from home, as it is a mandatory requirement for obtaining a Hajj visa.
The ministry emphasized that Hajj visas will not be issued without biometric completion.
In addition to the mobile app, pilgrims can also complete their biometrics at Saudi Tashira Centers located in six major cities across Pakistan. The spokesperson advised pilgrims to retain the receipts or confirmation emails received from the Tashira Centers for future reference.
