Imran Khan’s Health Deteriorating, Wants to Travel to Pakistan to Meet Father: Qasim Khan

Islamabad: Qasim Khan, son of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has issued a message on social media expressing concern over his father’s health and stating that he and his brother wish to travel to Pakistan to meet him.

In a statement shared on social media platform X, Qasim Khan said that both brothers want to visit Pakistan to see their father. He claimed that Imran Khan has been kept in solitary confinement for the past 914 days and that his health is deteriorating.

Qasim Khan alleged that Imran Khan is being denied access to independent and adequate medical facilities. He further claimed that the government is deliberately delaying and not processing their visa applications, preventing them from meeting their father.

Calling the situation a serious human rights issue, Qasim Khan urged international human rights organizations and foreign governments to raise their voices and take notice of the matter. He stressed that denying medical care and family contact violates basic human rights and international norms.
