Senior Actor Imran Qureshi Gets Emotional Recalling Financial Struggles
Senior Pakistani actor Imran Qureshi became emotional while reflecting on his financial hardships during a recent appearance on a private TV program.
When asked by the host if he had any regrets in life, Qureshi opened up about his struggles, saying, “I was born into a wealthy family and never experienced poverty. My mother lived a life like a queen, but 20 years ago, circumstances turned, and financially we were in a very difficult situation. My biggest regret was not being able to provide her with the comforts she deserved.”
He added, “There were times we worried about how to manage even basic meals. Although circumstances have improved now, it pains me that my mother is no longer with us.”
Sharing more about his struggles, Qureshi revealed, “Our financial situation became so tough that I had to work at the same shop I owned. I even worked in a clothing store where I had to clean glass and wash dishes, which brought me to tears.”
The candid interview highlighted the personal and emotional side of a veteran actor whose journey in showbiz has been marked by both success and hardship.
