President Zardari Meets UAE Minister of Tolerance, Stresses Dialogue and Peaceful Coexistence

ISLAMABAD:President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting with the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, during which both leaders emphasized the importance of promoting dialogue, inclusion and peaceful coexistence.

During the meeting, President Zardari reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to tolerance and harmony and paid tribute to the visionary leadership of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He lauded the UAE’s national vision centered on tolerance and human fraternity.

The president praised the UAE’s success in fostering unity and mutual respect among more than 200 nationalities, describing it as an impressive model of social harmony.

First Lady Asifa Bhutto Zardari, Member of the National Assembly and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Syed Mohsin Naqvi, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE were also present on the occasion.
