All Outstanding Payments Cleared for Balochistan Health Card; Hospitals Directed to Provide Uninterrupted Medical Services

**Quetta:** Dr. Samiullah Kakar, Chief Executive Officer of the Balochistan Health Card Program, announced that the Government of Balochistan has cleared all outstanding payments to the State Life Insurance Corporation, in line with the public-focused vision of the Chief Minister and Health Minister of Balochistan.
Following this development, all empaneled public and private hospitals across the province have been formally instructed to provide eligible patients with full, uninterrupted, and high-quality medical services under the Health Card program, without any delays, obstacles, or discrimination.
Dr. Kakar emphasized that the Balochistan Health Card Program is a practical manifestation of the provincial leadership’s vision, aimed at relieving ordinary citizens, particularly the poor, from the financial burden of expensive medical treatments. He further stated that any patient or their relatives facing obstacles or delays during treatment can directly contact the Health Card Program at the counters established in every empaneled hospital, where the official phone numbers are prominently displayed for immediate guidance and complaint resolution.
He reaffirmed the program’s commitment to supporting the public, ensuring that no deserving citizen is denied medical care in accordance with the vision of the Chief Minister and Health Minister of Balochistan.
