Major Development in Social Media Defamation Case Against High Court Judges

Lahore: Significant progress has been reported in the social media defamation case involving High Court judges.

The case concerns the uploading of inappropriate content targeting the judges. Justice Ali Zia Bajwa presided over the hearing, while DG NC-CIA Syed Khurram Shah appeared in Lahore High Court.

The court had requested a report from the NC-CIA. The agency has now submitted its report, stating that eight suspects have been arrested in connection with the case.

According to NC-CIA, the accused were involved in mocking and defaming the judges on social media.
