Eight Terrorists Killed in CTD and Police Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

At least **eight terrorists were killed** in separate operations carried out by the **Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and police** in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the **Central Police Office (CPO)**, joint operations were conducted in **Bannu, Khyber district, and the outskirts of Peshawar in the Zahir Garhi area**, resulting in the elimination of eight terrorists.
Police officials said that the killed terrorists were involved in **attacks on security forces** and other terrorist activities.
The police further stated that a **major terror plan was foiled** during an operation near **Naka Kallay, adjacent to Shah Kas Bypass Road**. A large quantity of **weapons and mobile phones** was recovered from the terrorists.
Security agencies said the operations were part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order and eliminate militant networks in the province.
