PPP Supports Peaceful Protests in Sindh, Pledges Protection of Business Activities

Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Nasir Hussain Shah has stated that the party will not oppose any peaceful democratic activity and will ensure that business and economic activities are not disrupted during PTI protests.
Speaking to the media in Karachi, Shah emphasized that if PTI attempts to shut down businesses or block roads, the law will take its course. He noted that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi is currently in Hyderabad and is being accorded protocol in line with his position.
Shah added that the PPP has always been welcoming to guests, and every effort is being made to ensure that the PTI protest remains peaceful. PTI has been advised to avoid rallies or processions on the streets, and this guidance has been communicated by the party.
Chief Minister Sohail Afridi also assured support for PTI’s peaceful movement, adding that under Bilawal Bhutto’s special instructions, all necessary facilities and arrangements are being provided.
