Karachi: Light rain and drizzle were observed in several areas of Karachi on Saturday morning as the effects of the monsoon system continue to linger over the city’s atmosphere.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, areas including North Karachi, Scheme 33, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Surjani Town, New Karachi, and Nazimabad experienced light rainfall and drizzle.
The Met Office forecast indicates that the city’s weather is expected to remain mostly cloudy for the next one to two days. Due to the overcast conditions, the temperature during the morning and evening hours will remain relatively moderate.
