11 Terrorists Killed in Two Security Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: ISPR

Rawalpindi: Security forces killed 11 terrorists in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
In a statement, the ISPR said that an intelligence-based operation was conducted in North Waziristan, where six terrorists were killed during a fierce exchange of fire. In another operation, five terrorists were neutralized in a joint action carried out by police and security forces in District Kurram.
The ISPR stated that the killed terrorists were affiliated with the Indian-backed proxy group Fitna al-Khawarij. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from their possession. The terrorists were involved in multiple acts of terrorism and target killings.
The statement added that clearance operations are ongoing in the areas to eliminate any remaining terrorists. Under Operation Azm-e-Istehkam, the counterterrorism campaign is being carried out with full force, and operations will continue until the complete eradication of foreign-sponsored terrorism.
