US Chargé d’Affaires Welcomes Cricket Investment in Pakistan

US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker has expressed satisfaction over investment in cricket in Pakistan and the Pakistan Super League (PSL), congratulating the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the PSL on the development.
She also congratulated team owner Fawad, who is associated with the United States, and Hamza Majid, a team owner from Australia, on their successful investment in the league.
Natalie Baker said that this investment would not only contribute to the promotion of cricket in Pakistan but would also help strengthen relations between Pakistan and the United States.
She noted that cricket would serve as a bridge between the people of both countries, fostering closer ties and encouraging cooperation in the sports sector.
The US diplomat expressed hope that the investment would further raise the standard of the PSL and enhance the popularity of international cricket in Pakistan.
The initiative was termed a positive step toward strengthening bilateral relations and was widely welcomed as a constructive development between the two countries.
