Ali Amin Gandapur Declared Proclaimed Offender in Liquor Export Case; Arrest Warrants Issued

Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has declared former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender and issued arrest warrants against him.

Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti conducted the hearing in the liquor and arms export case. Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in court, prompting the court to take action due to his repeated absence.

The court announced the decision verbally, declaring him a proclaimed offender. A case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station.
