Vandalism Case Registered After Attack on Church in Kot Radha Kishan

Kasur:Police have registered a case after vandalism was reported at the Feroz Din Tak Memorial Church in Kot Radha Kishan. According to Kasur police, the case was filed on the complaint of church in-charge Tariq Masih against unknown individuals.
As per the FIR, Tariq Masih stated that when the church was opened for worship at around 4 a.m., the main gate’s grills were found broken. Holy books had been torn and thrown on the floor, the cross was twisted, and sound system equipment inside the church was also damaged.
Police said that during the investigation, and after six hours of continuous effort, a suspect identified as Allah Rakha was arrested. The suspect has confessed to committing the act, police added.
According to officials, the accused is a resident of Kot Radha Kishan. A police team led by the SP Investigation has begun further interrogation.
District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Issa Khan stated that the protection of minorities is the top priority of Kasur police and assured that strict action would be taken against those involved in such incidents.
