Balochistan Local Council Rules Amended: Major Changes in Birth and Death Certificate Fees and Procedures

**Bela (Qudrat Daily):** The provincial government of Balochistan has made important amendments to the Balochistan Local Council Service Rules, 1981. The changes were approved by Secretary of Local Government and Rural Development, Abdul Rauf Baloch, and have now been implemented.

According to a notification issued by the Department of Local Government and Rural Development, significant modifications have been made to the fees and regulations related to birth and death certificates. The department stated that these reforms aim to make it easier for citizens to obtain legal documents and eliminate unnecessary procedural complications.
