Locals claim that officials and contractors became overnight millionaires, siphoning off crores of rupees from public funds through alleged corruption, while Owsta Muhammad and Tehsil Gandakha remain underdeveloped. Roads across the district are in poor condition, causing severe difficulties for residents.
The public has demanded transparent investigations into development funds from 2023 onwards and strict legal action against officials and contractors involved in mega corruption cases, ensuring that citizens finally receive genuine development and public services.
