Ishaq Dar Holds Phone Call with Saudi Foreign Minister, Reaffirms Commitment to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Islamabad: Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have reiterated their commitment to further strengthen bilateral relations.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan to discuss matters of mutual interest.
According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders exchanged views on the current regional situation and recent developments. During the call, Ishaq Dar conveyed New Year greetings and extended his best wishes, which were warmly reciprocated by Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
Ishaq Dar expressed satisfaction over the positive progress in bilateral relations, while the Saudi foreign minister reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s resolve to further enhance and deepen cooperation between the two countries.
It is noteworthy that Pakistan-Saudi relations have strengthened in recent times, largely due to close cooperation and mutual defense arrangements, reflecting the longstanding strategic partnership between the two brotherly nations.
