Shocking Revelations by Sania Ashfaq Following Imad Wasim’s Divorce Announcement
Islamabad: Following former national cricketer Imad Wasim’s announcement of divorce, his wife Sania Ashfaq has made startling revelations about their marital struggles.
In a statement shared on social media, Sania Ashfaq said that their home has been broken, the children have been deprived of their father, and their five-month-old baby has yet to be held by him.
Sania explained that while there were challenges during the marriage, the relationship was maintained, and she made every effort to fulfill her role as a wife and mother. She revealed that matters deteriorated when a third party entered their marital life, someone interested in marrying Imad Wasim. For the sake of her children’s future and the family’s dignity, she endured mental distress and bitter treatment.
Addressing those advising her to remain silent, Sania stated that justice will prevail, and all claims are supported by documented evidence. She added that any threats to suppress these documents will be dealt with legally. Sania emphasized that she is speaking the truth not out of revenge, but for her and her children’s rights, and she wishes to be the voice for every woman who is forced into silence.
Earlier, Imad Wasim had acknowledged long-standing differences with his wife and announced filing for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences over the past few years.
