National Party Supports Balochistan Grand Alliance Demands, Backs 30-31 December Strike

Quetta (Daily Qudrat): The National Party (NP) has expressed full support for the demands of the Balochistan Grand Alliance, including those of the DRA Alliance, urging the provincial government to adopt employee-friendly policies instead of creating unrest among public servants.
In a statement, Advocate Chingiz Haider Baloch, Provincial General Secretary of the National Party, criticized the current government for economic exploitation of employees, noting that Balochistan’s workforce already receives lower salaries and benefits compared to other provinces. He stated that the government’s failure to meet legitimate demands and its ongoing misuse of the provincial budget for extravagant spending and corruption is unacceptable.
The National Party voiced its full support for the upcoming provincial-level shutter-down strike scheduled for December 30 and 31, calling on the public and business community to join the protest in solidarity with employees. The party emphasized that the government must recognize and fulfill the lawful demands of employees immediately.
Advocate Chingiz Haider Baloch further stated that the current government has failed to provide relief to the public or meaningful benefits to employees, instead treating the budget as personal gain. He reaffirmed that the National Party stands firmly with the employees and the Grand Alliance to ensure their rights are protected.
