PTI Worker Convention in Dera Allah Yar: Dawood Shah Kakak Urges End to Economic Marginalization in Balochistan

**Jaffarabad:** Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) held a large worker convention in Dera Allah Yar, attended by provincial and district leaders, as well as party activists from across Balochistan.

Addressing the convention, PTI Balochistan President Dawood Shah Kakak praised former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s struggle, stating it was not for power or personal gain but to end decades of systemic corruption and oppression in the country. He said Imran Khan has awakened the public to actively demand their rights instead of remaining silent.

Dawood Shah Kakak highlighted the economic marginalization of Balochistan, citing closed border trade and rising unemployment as deliberate measures undermining the region. He warned that continued neglect of public grievances could have serious consequences, emphasizing that no system can suppress a nation indefinitely, and public resistance eventually dismantles such regimes. He also cited developmental projects approved for Balochistan during PTI’s government, stating the party consistently worked to integrate the province into the national mainstream and provide basic facilities. He urged party workers to remain organized, continue peaceful activism, and spread Imran Khan’s ideology to every household.

Former MNA candidate and senior PTI leader Muhammad Arif Rand also addressed the convention, noting that Balochistan, despite being rich in minerals and natural resources, has remained deprived due to ineffective leadership. He said Imran Khan’s leadership has inspired the nation, sending a clear message that Muslims are peace-loving, and Pakistan is a country of peace. Arif Rand added that Khan is imprisoned for speaking the truth and standing for justice, Islam, and the global Muslim community.

Referring to the February 8 elections, he stated that the public showed support for PTI’s ideology and pledged to ensure the party’s success in Jaffarabad, Naseerabad, and across Balochistan. Other PTI leaders, including Provincial General Secretary Jahangir Khan Rand and Divisional President Advocate Adam Khan Rand, also spoke, urging unity, discipline, and sustained activism to strengthen PTI’s movement. Attendees expressed solidarity with Imran Khan, chanting slogans in his favor and reaffirming their support for the party leadership.
