Constitution Guarantees Right to Peaceful Protest, We Will Exercise It Under All Circumstances: Suhail Afridi

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Suhail Afridi, has announced preparations for a street movement under the directives of PTI founder Imran Khan, emphasizing that the Constitution grants every citizen the right to peaceful protest, which they will exercise under all circumstances.

Addressing a ceremony in Peshawar, Afridi said that the party has always struggled within the framework of the Constitution and law, which defines its identity. “Following the guidance of Imran Khan, preparations for a street movement have begun. Youth should remain ready at all levels. The Constitution grants us the right to peaceful protest, and we will exercise it no matter what,” he added.

The Chief Minister criticized opposition parties, saying they have harmed institutions and democracy for the sake of power and even attacked the Supreme Court. He warned that conspiratorial elements would try to incite the youth and urged them to stay focused and vigilant against anti-national narratives and negative propaganda.

Afridi further stated that the corrupt political culture and politics of chaos were introduced by corrupt elements, and that the genuine struggle for freedom will continue strictly within the framework of the Constitution and law.
