**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan Muhammad Tahir Khan has announced major upgrades at the Police Grammar School in Quetta, aimed at providing children of police employees with high-quality, modern education.
Speaking during a recent visit to the school, the IGP said that new classrooms, science and computer labs, and facilities for playgroup students will be established before the start of the new academic year. Teachers will also receive training in modern teaching methodologies to ensure a high standard of education.
“The Police Grammar School will offer education comparable to any top private institution,” said IGP Tahir Khan. He emphasized that the school’s reorganization aims to expand capacity and provide maximum opportunities for the children of police officers and staff.
The school will now introduce A-Level and O-Level programs, alongside regular extracurricular activities, sports, and speech competitions. Administrative and teaching oversight will be enhanced, and each classroom will be staffed with expert teachers to ensure quality education.
These initiatives are part of the Balochistan Police’s broader plan to modernize educational facilities for employees’ children, improve discipline, and promote the welfare of the school’s staff and students.
