Faisal Qureshi Expresses Disappointment Over Criticism Within Pakistani Drama Industry

Renowned senior Pakistani actor **Faisal Qureshi** has expressed his displeasure with certain artists from within his own industry, saying that excessive criticism is harming Pakistani dramas despite their growing global popularity.

In a recent interview, Faisal Qureshi spoke about the success of Pakistani television dramas and also shared his concerns. He said that Pakistani TV channels have produced a wide variety of quality dramas, which is why local audiences take pride in them and viewers from other countries admire them as well.

The actor revealed that he recently met a Nepali viewer who praised Pakistani dramas, adding that audiences in **Bangladesh, India, Turkey, and other countries** also appreciate Pakistan’s drama industry.

However, Faisal Qureshi expressed regret that while Pakistani dramas are gaining recognition worldwide, people at home are not treating them fairly. He pointed out that unnecessary negativity and harsh criticism are damaging the industry.

Referring to comments made by some senior actors on a private TV show, Faisal Qureshi said that **constructive criticism is important** as it helps improve technical aspects, but excessive criticism only ends up harming dramas instead of helping them grow.
