Will Equip Youth with Pens and Skills, Not Guns”: Nawabzada Jamal Raisani Stresses Peace for Development in Balochistan

**Quetta:** Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) National Assembly member Nawabzada Mir Jamal Khan Raisani emphasized that his political focus is on the development of Balochistan, eradicating backwardness, and creating a brighter future for the province’s youth.

Speaking to Universal News Agency correspondent Anwar Hussain Bolani, Raisani said that the people of Balochistan, particularly the youth, are the province’s greatest asset and their primary goal is the welfare and progress of the region. He stressed that the youth will not be left behind and that providing dignified employment opportunities, along with equipping them with education, skills, and pens instead of guns, is a top priority of his party.

Raisani highlighted that sustainable peace is essential for development and that he is actively working to ensure a stable environment in the province, paving the way for investment and prosperity. He further urged the youth to acquire modern education and technical training to become economically self-reliant.

The National Assembly member stated that he is vigorously advocating for the rights of Balochistan in the upper house, ensuring that basic facilities reach the underdeveloped areas of the province. He reaffirmed that the people of Balochistan are peace-loving and will not fall prey to anti-national propaganda, calling for collective efforts to lay the foundation for a peaceful and prosperous Balochistan.
