Two-Day “Aman Book” Fair Held in Zhob, Draws Large Public Participation

Zhob (Qudrat Daily): Students of the Political Science Department, University of Balochistan, Quetta, organized a two-day book fair titled **“Aman Book”** in Zhob city, which received an encouraging response from the public, with large participation from all walks of life.

The two-day event was attended by political figures, lawyers, journalists, students, and citizens from various professions, who showed keen interest in books and actively purchased titles on diverse subjects. The wide range of book sales reflected the overall success of the fair.

The student organizers stated that setting up a book stall in Zhob after a long time helped attract young people toward reading and would play an important role in promoting a culture of books and learning in the region.

Speaking to the media, Aman Book stall member **Idrees Khan Mandokhail** said that the books on display included works authored by prominent political leaders of various political parties, which drew special interest from readers.

Another member, **Inamullah**, said that compared to other cities of Balochistan, book sales in Zhob were remarkably high. He added that the conscious and educated public of Zhob proved that the habit of reading is still alive by purchasing books in large numbers.

The two-day book fair not only provided a welcome opportunity for book lovers but also served as a positive initiative to promote educational and intellectual activities in Zhob.
