Terrorism FIR Against Sajid Tareen and Agha Hassan Baloch Declared Illegal, Quashed by Court

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** The Balochistan High Court has declared the terrorism FIR registered against **Sajid Tareen Advocate** and **Agha Hassan Baloch Advocate** as illegal and has quashed it.

The case pertained to a speech delivered some time ago, following which a **fake terrorism FIR** was registered against **BNP’s Senior Vice President Sajid Tareen Advocate**, **Central Information Secretary Agha Hassan Baloch**, and others. Sajid Tareen subsequently challenged the FIR in the High Court.

After hearing arguments, a bench comprising **Justice Iqbal Ahmed Kasi** and **Justice Ayub Khan Tareen** ruled that the FIR was **malicious and unlawful**, ordering its dismissal.

Speaking to the media after the court’s decision, Sajid Tareen Advocate said that similar **bogus terrorism cases** had also been registered against **BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal** and other party leaders. He stated that they would **continue to raise their voice against injustice**, both inside and outside the courts, and would not remain silent in the face of oppression.
