PPP and National Party Form Alliance for Local Body Elections in Quetta
**Quetta:** Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Parliamentary Secretary Mir Liaqat Ali Leghari inaugurated the election office of joint PPP-National Party candidate Ali Ahmed Lango in Quetta. Addressing the ceremony, Mir Liaqat Leghari described Ali Ahmed Lango as an ideological worker whose victory from Union Council 2, Ward 3 would represent a win for public representation.
He emphasized that the PPP’s alliance with the National Party has always been positive, and the parties aim to achieve a joint success in the local body elections, just as they have in general elections.
The joint candidate, Ali Ahmed Lango, thanked the PPP and the Khorasani community for their support and pledged his commitment to public service. Chairman of the Khorasani National Alliance, Malik Naveed Khorasani, also endorsed the joint candidate, stating that his success would serve the best interests of the region.
