Frequent Transfers a Sign of Bad Governance, Claims of Good Governance Are Laughable: Aslam Raisani

*Quetta (Daily Qudrat):* Chief of Sarawan and former Chief Minister of Balochistan, Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani, has criticized the provincial administration, saying that claims of good governance by government officials are laughable.

Speaking to the media at the Balochistan Assembly, Raisani said that frequent transfers of government officers reflect poor governance rather than efficiency. He pointeded out that deputy commissioners are being transferred every two months, which he described as a clear example of bad governance.

He emphasized that such repeated transfers disrupt administrative continuity, weaken institutional stability, and adversely affect public service delivery. Nawab Aslam Raisani maintained that constant reshuffling of officers undermines effective governance and should be considered a hallmark of bad governance rather than good governance.
