Quetta Prepares for Local Elections; Deputy Commissioner Orders Cleanliness, Lighting, and Water at Polling Stations

*Quetta (Daily Qudrat)* A key meeting regarding the 2025 local elections was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Captain (R) Mehrullah Badini. The session was attended by the District Monitoring Officer, municipal officers, and representatives from the Quetta Metropolitan Corporation.

During the meeting, officials reviewed administrative arrangements for the elections scheduled on December 28, focusing on cleanliness, lighting, water supply, and other essential facilities at polling stations.

Deputy Commissioner Mehrullah Badini directed relevant officers to ensure that all necessary amenities are provided around polling stations and emphasized effective monitoring. He stressed that conducting transparent, peaceful, and well-organized elections is the top priority of the district administration. All departments were instructed to cooperate fully and perform their duties diligently to ensure voters face no difficulties on election day.
