Rana Sanaullah Claims Bajwa Told Faiz Hameed to “Make Him Smart Again”
**Islamabad:** Prime Minister’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah has claimed that in a meeting, former Army Chief General (R) Qamar Javed Bajwa reportedly told former ISI DG Lt. Gen. (R) Faiz Hameed, “Rana has become very fat; make him smart again.”
In an interview on Sunday, Rana Sanaullah said he responded to General Bajwa, “You filed a case against me; may Allah hold you accountable in this world.” He alleged that during the PTI government, key decisions were made under the direction of Faiz Hameed, General Bajwa, and former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Rana Sanaullah emphasized that it would have been impossible for any serving officer to file a false case without the Army Chief’s consent, followed by a court-martial.
Following the sentencing of former ISI DG Faiz Hameed, some political and media circles speculated about potential legal action against General Bajwa. However, informed sources have dismissed these claims, stating that no investigations or proceedings against the former Army Chief are currently underway.
