Man Receives Multiple E-Challans for Stolen Motorcycle Police Still Can’t Locate

Lahore: A man in Raiwind has been receiving repeated e-challans for his stolen motorcycle, which police have yet to recover, raising both frustration and disbelief.
According to reports, the motorcycle was stolen in 2024, and the owner filed a case at Raiwind Police Station in February 2024. Despite the case being registered, the man recently received yet another e-challan indicating that his stolen motorcycle is still being driven on Lahore roads.
The e-challans continue to reach the man’s home regularly, even though the police have been unable to locate the vehicle. The incident highlights both the inefficiency in recovering stolen vehicles and the unusual situation of receiving multiple traffic fines for a vehicle that the owner no longer possesses.
