Court Order Reveals How Settlement Was Reached in Case of Two Girls Killed in Judge’s Son’s Car Accident

Islamabad: The court has released a written order detailing how a settlement was reached in the case involving the death of two minor girls who were killed after being hit by a vehicle driven by a judge’s son.

According to the written order issued by Judicial Magistrate Shaista Kundi, the legal heirs of both deceased girls pardoned the accused in the name of Allah. The court order was issued after the hearing of the case.

The order states that Adnan Tajammal, brother of one of the deceased girls, and Ghulam Mehdi, father of the other victim, appeared before the court. Both legal heirs submitted sworn affidavits confirming the settlement.

It further mentions that the heirs requested the court that if the accused is granted bail or later acquitted, they would have no objection.

Based on the statements and affidavits of the heirs, the court placed the settlement on record and issued the written order accordingly.
