Eight Die of Cholera in Quetta’s Musakhel Area

Quetta — Eight people have died of cholera in the Musakhel area of Quetta, officials confirmed on Tuesday.

According to health authorities, the deceased include six children and two adult men. The outbreak has raised serious concerns about the spread of the disease in the area.

In response to the situation, government schools have been temporarily converted into makeshift hospitals to provide emergency medical treatment and contain the outbreak. Health teams have also been mobilized to manage patients and prevent further spread of the disease.
