Shah Rukh Khan-Branded Tower in Dubai Sells Out on Launch Day

Dubai: A luxury real estate project named after Bollywood superstar **Shah Rukh Khan** was sold out on the very first day of its launch, according to reports from the UAE.

The **Shah Rukh Tower**, located on Dubai’s bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, carries a massive valuation of **2.1 billion dirhams**, equivalent to approximately **159.6 billion Pakistani rupees**.

The launch ceremony, held at Dubai Expo City, was attended by Shah Rukh Khan himself along with more than **6,000 guests**.

Speaking at the event, Shah Rukh said the tower would feature world-class amenities and a state-of-the-art architectural design, making it a prominent commercial landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road.

According to developers, the project is expected to be completed by **2029**.
