Barrister Gohar Claims Imran Khan Can Never Be “Minus,” 70% of Pakistanis Support Him

**Islamabad:** PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has claimed that Imran Khan can never be “minus” and that 70% of the Pakistani public stands with him.

Speaking to Geo News outside the Parliament House, Barrister Gohar said, “Think positively about democracy. The founder of PTI is the leader of a major political party, and 70% of Pakistan’s population supports him.”

He added that Imran Khan is not a leader who could ever be considered “minus” and called on those in power to facilitate a meeting between Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan’s family.

Commenting on the political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Barrister Gohar criticized attempts to impose Governor’s Rule, saying, “Despite being a PML-N governor, Faisal Karim Kundi is thinking about Governor’s Rule. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Governor’s Rule will never be imposed, God willing.”

He warned that actions aimed at creating unrest and encouraging people to take the law into their own hands only benefit Pakistan’s enemies, stating, “Those promoting Governor’s Rule should clarify when they told the Chief Minister to correct what is wrong. Is this how you mock the people’s mandate?”

Barrister Gohar further urged the authorities to arrange a meeting with PTI leadership and Bushra Bibi, emphasizing that such dialogue would bring positive outcomes instead of controversy.

He concluded, “The public is watching us. We have become so entangled among ourselves that people are getting disappointed. If you arrange the meeting, you will see that good discussions will begin instead of negative ones.”
