Corruption Exposed in Quetta Police Training College Recruitment; Candidates Demand Justice

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily)** – Allegations of corruption have emerged in the recruitment exams at Quetta’s Police Training College (PTC). According to an inquiry report, some police officials accepted bribes to overlook qualified candidates and instead passed unqualified individuals, elevating them to higher positions.

The malpractice was discovered during the verification and checking of exam papers, confirming serious irregularities in the recruitment process. However, the implicated officials were only transferred from key positions without facing dismissal or departmental punishment.

Affected candidates have urged the Inspector General of Police, Balochistan, to take immediate notice, ensure strict action against the guilty, and provide justice to the candidates whose rights to merit were denied.

This incident highlights a significant lack of transparency in police recruitment and institutional negligence, severely undermining public trust in the system.
