Mehmood Khan Achakzai Questions Why Imran Khan Was Made PM If He Was “Not the Right Man

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) — Chairman Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aeen Pakistan, Mehmood Khan Achakzai, has said that the struggle between truth and falsehood has reached its decisive stage, asserting that politics is the work of wisdom and intellect. Addressing a public gathering in Peshawar, he questioned why Imran Khan was made Prime Minister if he “was not the right man.”
Speaking at the rally, Achakzai said that the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, is the true democratic force in the country, and that his opponents have lost their composure. He accused certain elements of rejecting the Constitution and adopting a narrative of perpetual conflict with India and Afghanistan.
Achakzai further criticized the establishment by questioning, “If Imran Khan was not the right person, then why did you make him Prime Minister? And now that he is standing against your oppression, you are forcibly pushing him back.”
He also alleged that authorities had taken control of his mines and highlighted the economic hardship in the country, pointing out that unemployment has forced around 8 million Pakistanis to work abroad.
Achakzai said his movement aims to build a Pakistan where the rule of law prevails and the people are the real source of power.
The Peshawar rally, organized by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, was attended by Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and several opposition leaders who delivered speeches against the government.
