Duki Court Sentences Man to Three Years in Prison for Abducting 13-Year-Old Girl
Duki (Daily Qudrat) – An Additional Sessions Judge in Duki has sentenced Lajbar, son of Wazir Qom Malakhel, to three years in prison and a fine of PKR 30,000 for the abduction of 13-year-old Zaroo Bibi.
The incident occurred on November 22, 2024, in the Chaina area, when the accused forcibly abducted the minor girl. The police registered the case under FIR No. 160/2024, filed by the victim’s brother Khuda-e-Nazar, citing sections 365-B, 456, and 496 of the Pakistan Penal Code, and subsequently arrested the accused.
The prosecution of the case on behalf of the complainant was conducted by Advocate Ubaidullah Kakr. The court, after hearing the case, ruled that the prosecution successfully proved the charges against the accused and delivered justice in accordance with the law.
