Rahmat Saleh Baloch Vows to Continue Peaceful Struggle Against Politics of Fear and Violence

Panjgur (Daily Qudrat) — National Party’s senior leader and Deputy Parliamentary Leader in the Balochistan Assembly, **Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch**, has vowed to continue a peaceful struggle to defeat the politics of fear, oppression, and violence. He expressed these views while addressing the Chehlum and condolence reference of **Shaheed Waleed Saleh Baloch**, calling the massive public participation “historic.”

He thanked the workers and leaders of the National Party, members of other political parties, civil society, elders, and youth for their overwhelming support. Rahmat Saleh Baloch said the martyrdom of Waleed Saleh Baloch was not just a tragedy for one family, but a shared sorrow for the entire province and the people of Panjgur. He noted that the unity displayed by the public would always be remembered.

He added that the young man, who was in the final stages of preparing for his wedding, was brutally killed—shattering the dreams of an entire community. Yet the people’s maturity and solidarity offered comfort amid grief.

Rahmat Saleh Baloch reaffirmed that public trust is a responsibility the party will uphold with commitment. He said that if the people of Panjgur, the Baloch community, and democratic forces remain united, no power can suppress them. Overcoming violence and fear-based politics is only possible when society refuses silence, avoids division, and continues peaceful political struggle.

He reiterated that the National Party has always chosen the path of peaceful democratic action, guided by the principle of “live and let live.” The party neither imposes its views on others nor allows anyone to infringe upon their rights.

Concluding his address, he said that a peaceful Panjgur and a peaceful Balochistan are their ultimate goals—achievable only through public awareness, unity, compassion, and the promotion of politics based on service.
