Balochistan High Court Issues Contempt Notice Over BNP Leader Akhtar Mengal’s No-Fly List Case

**Quetta:** The Balochistan High Court has issued a contempt of court notice against Federal Interior Secretary Khurram Agha and FIA Director General Rafat Mukhtar for failing to remove BNP leader Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal’s name from the no-fly list. The decision was delivered by a divisional bench comprising Justice Gul Hasan Tareen and Justice Sardar Ahmed Halimi, following arguments presented by Advocate Sajid Tareen.

The court warned that if its directives are not implemented by the next hearing, non-bailable arrest warrants could be issued against the officials. During the hearing, BNP Information Secretary Advocate Agha Hasan Baloch, Advocate Zarif Baloch, and other senior lawyers were present.
