PTI Lawyers Absent in Court for Hearing on Meeting with Imran Khan, Shaukat Khanum Account Defreeze Requests

Rawalpindi: In the **Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi**, no lawyers representing **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan** appeared during the hearing of two petitions concerning a meeting with Imran Khan and the defreezing of **Shaukat Khanum Hospital accounts**.
The petitions, filed yesterday by **Alima Khan and Salman Akram Raja** seeking an early hearing, were scheduled for today. However, despite notices being issued to the parties, **PTI’s legal team did not appear** in court.
Judge **Amjad Ali Shah** and the prosecution team waited for the PTI lawyers. **Special Prosecutor Zaheer Shah** remarked that PTI lawyers did not appear in court despite social media propaganda and questioned why petitions are filed if the party has no intention to present them in court.
The ATC **adjourned the hearing** on both petitions to **December 1.
