Adiala Jail Sources Deny Health Rumors, Confirm Imran Khan Is Safe and Healthy

Lahore: Following widespread social media speculation about PTI founder Imran Khan’s alleged health issues in jail, Adiala Jail officials have clarified that he is completely healthy, safe, and receiving all facilities in accordance with prison regulations.

According to media reports citing jail sources, Imran Khan remains in good health and meets visitors regularly as per the jail manual. Officials emphasized that anyone entering the jail premises legally is allowed to meet him, while matters occurring outside the jail boundaries are not their responsibility.

Sources also confirmed that Imran Khan meets his wife, Bushra Bibi, once a week, and there are no concerns regarding his daily routine or well-being. They termed all circulating rumors on social media as baseless.

Imran Khan has been allocated six rooms within a barrack in Adiala Jail, where he has access to a TV, newspapers, and other basic amenities. He is also permitted to receive home-cooked food once a week, usually consisting of desi chicken and fish, the sources said.
