Political Unity Is Key to Balochistan’s Future, Says Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti

Quetta: A major high-level meeting was held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Quetta, bringing together top provincial leaders and lawmakers from all coalition parties. The session was attended by Balochistan Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Speaker Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, and Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola.
Prominent leaders including PML-N Parliamentary Leader Mir Saleem Khan Khosa, PPP Balochistan President Sardar Umar Gorgage, BAP Parliamentary Leader Nawabzada Tariq Magsi, Mir Sadiq Sanjrani, and ANP’s Engineer Zmarak Khan Achakzai also participated.
The meeting reviewed the province’s political situation, law and order, and ongoing development projects. Coalition leaders expressed full confidence in the provincial government and reaffirmed their commitment to working together to ensure political stability. Participants appreciated the government’s efforts to maintain peace and shared further suggestions for improvement.
A joint strategy was agreed upon to accelerate development projects, strengthen good governance, and ensure that the benefits of welfare initiatives reach the general public.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that political harmony and strong parliamentary coordination are vital for the province’s future. He welcomed the suggestions put forward by coalition partners, calling their shared vision a collective strength.
Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail stated that unity among political forces on the agenda of peace and development reflects a positive and healthy political environment in the province.
