Alima Khan Allegedly Replaced Umar Ayub to Bring Salman Akram Raja, Says Sher Afzal Marwat

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) — **Sher Afzal Marwat**, Member of National Assembly, claimed that **Alima Khan** removed **Umar Ayub** from his position to bring **Salman Akram Raja** into the political setup.

Speaking on the program *“Faisla Aap Ka”* on Hum News, Marwat criticized the **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)** leadership, saying that instead of focusing on administrative reforms, the party has been filled with **preferred individuals**, weakening its **protest and mobilization strength**. He added that the current government is no longer engaging with PTI as it used to during protests, when negotiations would follow swiftly.

Marwat further stated that **Imran Khan’s sister, Alima Khan**, sidelined **Shibli Faraz** as well, consolidating influence by placing her preferred choices in key positions. He also commented on the public spectacle outside Adiala Jail, claiming many people show up just to appear in media coverage.

This revelation adds to ongoing **internal party tensions** within PTI ahead of potential political confrontations.
