Balochistan CM Orders Immediate Inquiry into Alleged Irregularities in Youth Skills Overseas Employment Program

**Islamabad** – Balochistan Chief Minister **Mir Sarfaraz Bugti** has taken strict notice of alleged irregularities and complaints regarding the **Chief Minister Youth Skills Development Overseas Employment Program**, ordering an immediate and impartial inquiry.
Expressing serious concern over negative reports associated with the program, the CM emphasized that no mismanagement or lack of transparency will be tolerated in initiatives aimed at youth welfare.
A directive issued by the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister stated that serious questions had emerged regarding the program’s implementation, transparency, selection of beneficiaries, and overall effectiveness. Consequently, the matter has been forwarded to the **Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT)** for detailed examination.
The CM instructed the team to thoroughly review all aspects of the program and submit a comprehensive report within **two weeks**, including identification of facts, strengthening accountability mechanisms within implementing departments, and concrete recommendations for future reforms. The report will be submitted directly for the Chief Minister’s personal review, based on which further legal and administrative decisions will be made.
Mir Sarfaraz Bugti reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to youth development, skill enhancement, and overseas employment opportunities. He stressed that ensuring transparent and fair use of public resources is essential, and any irregularities or negligence will be dealt with strictly.
The inquiry aims to make the program more effective, equitable, and practically beneficial, ensuring that the youth of Balochistan can fully benefit from real opportunities for progress.
