Woman Killed, Youth Injured in Firing Incidents in Hub; Bus Catches Fire on National Highway

Hub — Two serious firing incidents occurred in Hub today, resulting in the death of a woman and serious injuries to a teenage boy, while a brutally beaten body of another individual was recovered from a separate location.
In Baloch Colony, 15-year-old **Rehmatullah** was injured in a shooting and was immediately taken to Civil Hospital Hub for medical treatment. Meanwhile, in Court Road, **40-year-old Hafeez, wife of Ishaq**, was killed in a separate firing incident. Additionally, a beaten body of an **unidentified 55-year-old man** was recovered from the weekly market area in Jam Yusuf Colony. The injured youth and both bodies were transported to Civil Hospital Hub, where medical assistance and legal procedures are underway. Police have launched investigations into the incidents and increased security in the area to ensure public safety.
Separately, a passenger bus caught fire near **Dubai Mosque** on the National Highway between Lasbela and Uthal. Initial reports suggest the cause of the fire is still unknown. Fire brigades from Municipal Committees of Winder and Uthal, along with local police, responded promptly. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
Eyewitnesses stated that the bus caught fire near **Uthal Zero Point Check Post**, causing a traffic jam and long queues of vehicles. The fire brigade managed to bring the blaze under control in a timely manner, and traffic flow has now been restored.
