Balochistan Health Minister Highlights Government’s Focus on Healthcare Improvement and Balanced Development

**Quetta:** **Bakhte Muhammad Kakar**, Health Minister of Balochistan, emphasized that the provincial government is taking **urgent measures to improve healthcare and eliminate underdevelopment** across the province. He made these remarks while addressing the **Global Cardiac Donor Conference** held at Serena Hotel.
Kakar stated that Balochistan belongs to everyone, and the fight against underdevelopment requires active participation not only from the government but also from **youth and local communities**. He dismissed the perception that Balochistan has become a “no-go area,” highlighting that the current government, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, is working collaboratively with all political parties and providing **equitable development funds to every district**.
He assured that public health will not be compromised, with **special monitoring teams** being established to ensure the availability of doctors and medicines in rural areas. While acknowledging that years of underdevelopment cannot be reversed in a single year, Kakar emphasized that the government is **prioritizing citizens’ concerns and addressing issues systematically**.
