Election Tribunal Dismisses Rigging Petition in PB-45 Quetta

QUETTA: The Election Tribunal has dismissed a petition filed by Mir Muhammad Usman Pirkani alleging rigging in the PB-45 Quetta constituency. The verdict was announced by the tribunal headed by Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana.

The petition accused irregularities at 15 polling stations, but the tribunal ruled that the petitioner **failed to provide evidence** to substantiate the allegations.

Mir Muhammad Usman Pirkani was represented by Advocate Kamran Murtaza, while the case for Ali Madad Jattak was pursued by Advocates Chaudhry Hassan Murtaza and Rajesh Nath Kohli.
