PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi Undergoes Successful Heart Surgery, Party Appeals for Prayers
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi successfully underwent heart surgery at PKLI Hospital this morning. According to the party, the operation was completed safely, and he is now under close medical supervision.
PTI has requested the nation to pray for his speedy and full recovery. The party highlighted that despite facing hardships during his prolonged imprisonment over the past two and a half years, Shah Mehmood Qureshi has remained steadfast alongside PTI Chairman Imran Khan, demonstrating courage, leadership, and commitment to the cause.
PTI expressed pride in the bravery of its political detainees and prayed for their prompt release, asking Allah to grant Shah Mehmood Qureshi and all political prisoners swift healing and freedom.
