Peshawar High Court Extends Protective Bail for KPK CM Sohail Afridi, Bars Arrest

Peshawar High Court has ordered that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister **Sohail Afridi** should not be arrested in the ongoing cases against him.
A bench comprising **Justice Ejaz Anwar** and **Justice Waqar Ahmed** heard the matter on a request for case details; due to a lawyers’ strike, no representatives appeared in court. The court extended CM Afridi’s **protective bail until November 27** and directed the concerned parties to provide detailed information about the cases.
Previously, during a hearing last month, the High Court had approved CM Afridi’s protective bail until **November 18**, preventing the police from making any arrest.
