Karachi Weather to Turn Colder from Thursday, Says Met Office

KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted a further drop in temperatures in Karachi starting Thursday, with cooler and breezier conditions expected to prevail across the city.
According to the Early Warning Centre of the Met Office, the **minimum temperature is likely to decrease by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius**, dropping to around **15°C**, while the **maximum temperature may reach up to 30°C**.
The PMD also warned of **reduced visibility in the early morning hours** due to fog, which could bring the visibility level down to **3 kilometers** in some areas.
It is worth noting that the **mid of November typically marks the beginning of the winter transition** in Karachi, with the city experiencing several cold waves in the following weeks, keeping the weather pleasantly chilly.
